Area information

The 4-star Eden Savoy Hotel Rotterdam is located in the city centre of Rotterdam, just a stone's throw away from the nightlife and the main business district.

At only a few minutes walking distance from the famous Old Harbour area ("Oude Haven"), you can easily reach the well-known yellow Cube Houses and many trendy bars and restaurants.

The Nieuwe Luxor Theatre is only 5 minutes away from the hotel. The distance to the nearest railway station, Rotterdam Blaak, is 200 metres.

The room and rthje space in it was very small. It is impossible for a person from about 100 kg to take a shower! Fortunately I don't take that much kg.

Friendy and helpful staff, easy internet access, the view from our room, good value breakast in comfortable dining room. Due to the dreadful wet weather we were allowed early access to our room which was much appreciated.

One night there was a major disturbance in the corridors...after an hour or so of yelling and door banging from unknown persons, we had to contact reception in the wee small hours to bring the episode to an end. The noise did stop - we were surpised reception had not heard the racket and done something sooner.

The staff were very welcoming, they made the stay much more pleasant. I thought the hotel of a very high standard. The free internet access was very useful too. It was central for my work and had good rail network close by. The centre was in easy walking distance.

Yes, the hotel cacelation policy. I had to check out a day early due to change in my business travel dates and they were not flexible in their policy and I was still charged for the extra day stay even tough I checked out a day earlier. I even spoke to the manager and she was absolutely no help and provided no service what so ever. Needless to say, I will not stay at this hotel again.
