The location, the atmosphere and decoration in the room, the provision of internet for free during my staying the fact that upon my arrival they asked for a deposit of 50 euros via the credit card through which I made the reservation. The justification was that they wanted to secure the likelihood of using anything from the mini-bar. |

It's pretty central only 1 person can fit in the lift with the luggage - and the stairs are extremely narrow so you need to be very careful when coming down them!! |

I'm sorry to say but this was the worst hotel I had ever had a chance to stay at. I use your site frequently and I've been always satisfied. Not this time.Nothing good about this hotel. How did they get 4 stars ? |

Place of hotel is very good - just 5 minutes walking from central railstation. Hotel is silent and included everything You need even iron heating table. |

Location, free internet, friendly staff at the reception No shower cabin - taking shower directly on the floor, tea-cups were not cleaned, bed laundry was not changed. No breakfast facilities. No lobby. Lack of space. Lack of power sockets - it was necessary to switch plugs all the time (tv, kettle, fridge, light) |

the location if central, close to the main station My first question to the receptionist when I entered to the hotel was if this was a real hotel or some kind of a fraud.. well, it seems that this is a real hotel, but you won't believe it after remembering you booked for a 4 star hotel. There's no lobby, the rooms are extremely small and the elevator might make you claustrophobic. The facilities are ok but not what you would expect from **** hotel |

Lack of breakfast or other facilities apart from room. Failure to attend to reported complaint of inoperative TV. Cannot see how this hotel can have 4 stars!! |

Location good but cleaniless was poor. Multiple and badly bitten by Mosquito's and no cooperation from the hotel to combat it. It was as if they did not care !!! Dont go there during summer Mosquito's !!!! lack of measures to combat them.... Not a 4 star !!! badly bitten !!! this is second time stayed there and second time bitten !!! obviously its of no concern to them>>>>did not sleep at all on last night !!! |

Nice modern room, good ensuite, free tea & coffee provided. Breakfast not offered due to renovation. Elevator out of order, we were given a bottle of good red wine to compensate!!! Steep stairs (elevator out of order). No breakfast on offer. |

Excellent location (very near to tram station and other public transportation). Very clean quite rooms. Very nice staff. No tourist information desk. No breakfast available.Very narrow and steep stairs and also very narrow elevator. |
