The NH hotel chain offers modern accommodation and facilities across 19 countries for leisure and business travellers alike.

The NH Atlanta Rotterdam is one of only three buildings that remain of so-called ‘Old Rotterdam’. Built in the 1930s, much of the hotel décor retains an Art Deco feel, including 3 of the 6 conference and banqueting rooms.

On the upper floor there is a conference room with a balcony, offering striking views of the city centre.

In total, up to 300 people can be accommodated in the conference facilities.

Food & beverage

The Japanese ‘Sakura’ restaurant is situated near the hotel lobby, where meals can be prepared at your table for a unique dining experience. The restaurant is open 12:00 – 23:30 (weekdays) and 16:00 – 00:00 (weekends).

The hotel bar, ‘Atlanta’, offers drinks and meals amid ornate, wood-paneled surroundings. The bar remains open until 00:00.

Breakfast is available in the dining room on the 7th floor, where guests can also dine on the balcony.

The 215 rooms have en suite facilities and have been refurbished in a variety of styles. Each has its own separate sitting area.

Boijmans Van Beuningen Museum (1.7 km) – The main art gallery of Rotterdam. Its collection ranges from medieval European art to modern art.

The hotel has good location (less than 10 min to the Central Train station)

The breakfast room was much too cold (but the breakfast itself was very good).

it was close to the center of town

the staff was not especially helpful. We had to ask for toilet paper and coffee. The room was sadly decorated and small.

good location- easy to find, near town centre, bars, central station and tram links. pleasant bar, helpful staff. There's a great cafe across the street

room on 4th floor was unbearably hot though. It was muggy that day but you could feel the heat getting more intense as you went up the floor
