Rooms are not soundproofed at all, was put in a smoking room even tho requested non smoking, whole floor stank of smoke, staff would not change my room. No hair conditioner either which is bad for a 4 star hotel |

On arrival, we were told that the only available non-smoking room had a smaller than usual bed - or we had the option of paying £30 for an up-grade. We asked for a non-smoking room at the time of booking, so this shouldn't have been an issue. |

Late Check out I arrived and they had no record of my booking. They said reservations was shut. I had just purchased the room on your website 45 mins earlier. They made me wait for about 25 mins. |

location, thats it. Breakfast was cold, the Level lounge has a complete lack of atmosphere and Junior suite we stayed in was marginally larger than a Premier Travel in Standard Room with a smaller than a Premier Travel Inn Bath room |

We arrived at 2.00am and when we got to our room, we noticed that there were 2 single beds and not one double bed. We returned to the reception asked for a room with a double bed and they kindly upgraded us to a nicer room for free. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and the location is excellent. The tube station is literally across the road from the hotel. |

Good location and well furnished room Long check in and check out queues. Long queue for breakfast. Dinner that was included on first night was not particulary good and offered a strange combination of dishes. Hotel atm machine broken and main reception refused to provide me with cash in emergency from my debit card. Eventually was allowed as long as I joined hotel loyality scheme. |

The hotel was modern and centrally located. Complained to reception on our arrival that our room smelt strongly of smoke (this was apparently a non-smoking floor). In excess of 6 hours passed and nothing was done. We spoke to the manager who moved us to another room. This resolved the issue, but no apology was given by the reception staff nor the manager. A friendly manner together with an apology is just as important as the resolution!!! |
