The location of the hotel is excellent, the staff is welcoming, very friendly and helpful, the overall atmosphere of the hotel and my room in particular was very charming (the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable), the breakfast buffet was outstanding. I booked a shuttle service from and to CDG which also worked well.

Breakfast and location were excellent. Also, the hotel staff were very polite and professional.

The room was a bit small given the high price we paid for it. Also, we asked for a room at upper floor with a view, but were given the lowest floor with very limited view. However, the overall feeling was on the positive side, it was just a bit expensive for what we got.

The location in the city

It was not possible to set up completely the heating of the room. A regulator was applied but it worked only on additional panel, the pipes remained hot: the solution to open the window.

Excellent location nice hotel good breakfast big enough room. I will be happy to return to the same hotel.

I did not appreciate the fact that the room (with a view to the road, better and bigger than the one I eventually got) was given by mistake to another guest a little while before my arrival, and the employee at the reception did not accept to make the change as requested; and this despite the fact that I had called twice in advance to inform the hotel that I would arrive late in the evening.

Very helpful staff. Great location, from our balcony on 4th floor we had view on Louvre, Sacre Coeur and top of Eiffel tower! Room small but clean, bathroom spacious and very clean. Tip for good restaurant only 5 min walk: Le Petit Machon - 158, rue St Honoré. Specials from Southern France, delicious food and wines, nice staff. Reasonable prices (main courses around 20 euro).

Breakfast room rather small, warm and crowded. But food okay.
